If, for any reason, a course, or your overall learning experience does not meet your educational needs and expectations, please contact a Customer Care Representative who will address the matter to meet your satisfaction. Participants can return any item within 30 days of purchase, and we'll be happy to provide you with a full refund. Your total satisfaction is important to us.
While Hatherleigh Medical Education maintains the highest levels of commitment to ethical and fair treatment for all involved with our educational programs, we remain acutely aware of the fact that occasional problems and disputes can arise within even the most ethical of organizations. To that end, below are procedures which serve as a guide for how to proceed in the handling of such grievances.
When a grievance is filed, whether orally, in written form, or in digital format, we will handle it expeditiously to meet your satisfaction. You should first contact a Customer Care Representative who will direct any editorial-related queries to the Managing Editor. If your concern is regarding the quality of the product, product delivery, or information processing, a Customer Care representative will handle your situation with care. In the event that you feel the matter is not resolved, you may contact the Managing Editor.
