Step 2: Answer the CME & CE questions at the end of each lesson. All questions must be answered to obtain CME or CE credit.

Step 3: Complete the Course Evaluation survey, which follows the CME quiz questions, to earn your CME or CE credits online.

Step 4: Submit the quiz and achieve a score of at least 75% correct. After completing the survey, you will receive a certificate awarding the credit hours designated for your program. Save this certificate to your computer or device.
