Q: Why is the “Forgot Password” feature not working for me?
A: Our site has only been active since 2020, so if the Forgot Password feature is non-responsive, you may not have created an account here yet. To create an account, click here.
Q: I am experiencing difficulty downloading my coursework.
A: Try refreshing your browser or logging out and back into the site.
Q: I have purchased courses in the past. Where do I go to turn in my exams for those courses?
A: You can go to the How to Earn CME & CE section to turn in exams for purchases not made on this site. For more information, you can also click here.
Q: I completed the test and program evaluation. Why don't I have access to my certificate?
A: In addition to completing your quiz and evaluation, you will need to mark "complete and continue" by both the PDF, and the "How to Earn CME" sections of your course in your dashboard. Once these areas read 1/1 instead of 0/1, you will have access to your certificate of completion.
Q: I have specific questions about courses such as completing one, getting certificates, refund policy, etc. Where can I get this information?
