How are your CME or CE courses delivered?
All our CME and CE courses are offered in digital format, allowing you to start earning credits immediately. You can pause the course at any time and resume at your own pace. All course materials are available for download as PDFs upon purchase. Your certificate will be available immediately after you successfully complete the coursework quizzes.
Are print editions available?
Yes, print editions of our courses are available. Select Digital+Print option when ordering. Printed coursework will be shipped within 7-10 business days.
When can I access the CME or CE course?
Anytime! Once enrolled, you can access the digital course whenever and wherever you want, from any device.
Is there a deadline for CME & CE course completion?
Yes, when you purchase a course, you have online access to it for one year. This period is sufficient to complete the course and earn your certificate.
When will my CME and CE credits be awarded?
CME and CE credits are awarded upon successful completion of the activity. Your certificate will reflect the date your coursework is completed.

I completed the quizzes and program evaluation. Why don't I have access to my certificate?
Ensure you mark "complete and continue" for both the PDF and the "How to Earn CME" sections in your dashboard. Once these areas read 1/1 instead of 0/1, your certificate will be accessible.
What if I don't like the course? Can I have my money back?
