Dr. Sven Hansen


Dr. Sven Hansen is a medical practitioner who founded the Resilience Institute. He started his career in special forces before completing medicine and becoming a sports doctor. After completing an MBA in 1992, Sven set about taking the science and practice of elite sport into the workplace. Just as athletes and teams train body, emotion and mind and have to secure the optimal lifestyle so all of us who work for a living must consider how to lift and sustain our productivity.
