Traditional Print Format CME Courses

The overall purpose of Directions in Psychiatric Nursing is to broaden the education of registered nurses. Participants will gain a working knowledge of tools utilized in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients with psychiatric disorders, as well as the effects on patients’ families. Successful participants will have a firm grasp of their role as a health care provider and will be equipped to optimize patient care with the latest information on pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy and adjunctive therapies.
